Vignan Uppugandla is an accomplished data engineering professional with extensive experience at TransUnion since September 2015, where most recently serving as Manager of Data Engineering and Team Lead/Lead Data Engineer. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners and Managers on data engineering activities, enhancing data processing algorithms, and automating pipelines. Previous roles involved significant contributions to the overhaul of business data processing and the development of reusable libraries to improve productivity. Prior to TransUnion, Vignan worked at Infosys Limited as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on data warehouse design, development, and support of business intelligence tools. Vignan holds a Master of Science in Software Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
