Adam Chapman has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as Programme Manager and Principal Project Manager at TransUnion since April 2019, following roles as Head of Customer Services and CIO Assurance Manager. Prior to TransUnion, Adam was Head of Quality Assurance & Complaints at CURO Transatlantic Limited from November 2015 to March 2019. Adam's earlier career includes various managerial positions at drydensfairfax solicitors from July 2009 to November 2015 and at Eversheds LLP from December 2004 to September 2009, where responsibilities included leading legal teams and managing client relationships. Adam began the career as a Trace Analyst at Wescot Credit Services from November 2001 to December 2004.
