Aileen Otero Viera has extensive experience in the reinsurance industry, with roles at various companies. From 1999 to 2014, they worked at Swiss Re as Vice President of Marketing, where they focused on driving business production growth through collaboration with underwriters and brokers. Aileen also made regular visits to broker offices. In 2014, Aileen joined Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. as Vice President and Regional Events Manager. After two years, they moved to JLT Re in 2016, where they served as Vice President of Client Relationship Management. Aileen'sresponsibilities included establishing and building client relationships, participating in structured deal negotiations, and developing individual client strategies. Currently, Aileen is working at TransRe as Vice President of Business Production, starting in August 2019.
