Krystal Brooks has over 17 years of experience in sales and client solutions, currently serving in a strategic accounts role at Transportation Insight since February 2022. Prior to this, Krystal spent nearly 15 years at FedEx Services, where roles included Manager of Sales, responsible for leading a team to drive revenue growth in Kansas, and Market Development Sales Executive, selling transportation solutions in Houston, TX. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Account Manager at ABF Freight Systems and Admissions Advisor at American InterContinental University. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Southern University and an Associate Degree in Arts from San Jacinto College.
