Dustin Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation management systems, particularly with MercuryGate. Currently serving as a Transportation System Architect at Transportation Insight since May 2018, Dustin has a decade of experience in system administration, configuration, integration, solution design, and post-launch support. Prior to this role, Dustin worked at MIQ Logistics from September 2011 to May 2018, initially as a Logistics Specialist and later as a Systems Analyst, focusing on the implementation and optimization of web-based transportation management systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an Admissions Representative at the University of Saint Mary, where strategic planning in recruitment and retention was a key responsibility. Dustin holds an MBA in Human Services and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary, along with an AA in General Studies from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
