Sabrina Sussman serves as the Chief of Staff to Deputy Secretary Polly Trottenberg at the U.S. Department of Transportation since June 2023. Previously, Sussman held leadership roles at Ballast Research and Penta Group, including Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Advisor, and Vice President of Operations. Sussman has extensive experience in corporate communications and public policy from Zipcar, where the focus was on collaborating with cities and organizations to enhance car-sharing initiatives. Additional roles include Senior Policy Advisor for the City of New York's Office of Federal Affairs and various positions at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America and U.S. Department of Transportation. Sussman's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from American University.
