David Weldon is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in transportation infrastructure projects, currently working at Transport Infrastructure Ireland since August 2015. In this role, David has served as the Employer's Representative for the Broadstone Lower Plaza scheme, facilitating a vital transport and pedestrian link to the Grangegorman campus at TU Dublin, and as Design Coordinator for the Luas Cross City infrastructure project, which involved a significant extension of the Luas Green line. Prior to this, David held positions as Design Coordinator at the Railway Procurement Agency and Senior Engineer at Mott MacDonald, where responsibilities included multi-disciplinary design coordination and site supervision for light rail projects in Norway and other locations. David's career began as a Design Engineer at EG Pettit & Co., focusing on environmental engineering for water and drainage schemes.
