Arthur James has extensive experience in commercial management and surveying, currently serving as Senior Commercial Manager at Transport for Wales since June 2021, following a progressive career within the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Surveyor at Gwalia Surveyors and various surveying positions at Technics, where Arthur transitioned from Junior Surveyor to Surveyor. Additionally, Arthur held the position of Production Supervisor at Clifford Jones Timber Group. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aberystwyth University.
