Paul Ahsan CPEng NER is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in systems assurance and safety management within the rail industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Systems Assurance at Sydney Metro since February 2021, Paul has previously held key roles including Safety Assurance Consultant at Network Rail Consulting and Safety Assurance SME for the Central Station Main project at Sydney Metro. With a solid educational background featuring multiple Master's degrees in Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology, Paul has contributed to significant projects such as the Epping to Chatswood Rail Line Upgrade and the Sydney Rail Network upgrades.
