Natalie Haifa is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People & Culture, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Transport for NSW. With a progressive career that includes roles such as Senior Manager and Senior People and Culture Business Partner at the same organization, Natalie has also contributed to the City of Canterbury Bankstown as a Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes positions at Bunnings as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, BSA Limited as both Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Contact Centre Training & Development Manager, and Grace Bros (now known as Myers) as Human Resources Manager. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources from Macquarie University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
