Brett Johnstone is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in transport law and regulatory matters. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at Transport for NSW since December 2012, Brett has held various roles including Legal Counsel in the commercial sector and Lawyer in regulatory and prosecution areas. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Solicitor in Road Transport Law at Roads and Maritime Services and several roles at the RTA, including Solicitor and Lead Policy Officer. Earlier in the career, Brett worked as a Transport Consultant at Miller Thomson LLP.
