Kaya Willows is an accomplished communications professional with a strong background in digital communications and media management. Currently serving as a Communications Business Partner and previously as a Digital Communications Manager at Transport for London since August 2022, Kaya has extensive experience in the public sector, having worked at the Metropolitan Police from June 2020 to August 2022 as Managing Editor for Campaigns and Channels and as a Media and Communications Officer. Prior roles include Global Communications Assistant at Dorchester Collection and Project Management Assistant at Imperial College Business School. Kaya holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Kent and a Diploma in Copywriting from the Blackford Centre for Copywriting.
