Jenny Porteous is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and project delivery. Since October 2021, Jenny has worked at Transport for Greater Manchester as an Associate Delivery Manager and previously as a Directorate Support Officer. Prior experience includes roles at M&S Bank as a Customer Service Advisor and Product Support Officer from July 2019 to September 2021, and a brief work experience at RSK Group in June 2019. Additionally, Jenny spent time as an Au Pair with AuPairWorld in August to September 2018. Educationally, Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2019.
