Jessica Smith currently serves as Customer Experience Manager at Transport Exchange Group since August 2022, after previously holding the role of Customer Experience Specialist. Prior to this, Jessica accumulated substantial experience at Fleet Service GB from July 2017 to August 2022, starting in the technical team and advancing to Training and Development Lead. Jessica's career began at ARI Fleet UK Limited in August 2011, where a progression from customer service roles to Third Party Intervention Claims Handler occurred over a span of six years. Jessica is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology at The Open University, expected to be completed in February 2025.
