Vanessa Purwar has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Vanessa started their career as a Paralegal at Weitz & Luxenberg in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Vanessa then held various roles as a Contract Attorney at Prescott Legal Search, Legal Associate at IE Discovery, Inc., and Associate Attorney at Wang Law Office in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Contract Attorney at Integreon and then joined DiscoverReady as a Staff Attorney from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they are working at TransPerfect Legal Solutions, where they started as a Senior Project Manager in 2013 and later became the Director of Project Management in 2017.

Vanessa Purwar has a strong educational background with a focus on law and sciences. Vanessa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Society/General Studies at Cornell University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Vanessa pursued further education in law, attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University from 2005 to 2006. Vanessa then transferred to Baylor University School of Law, where they graduated with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 2008. Vanessa's educational journey has provided their with a solid foundation in both the sciences and the field of law.
