Bala Subramanian is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Transparent Value since January 2006. In this role, Bala manages sector teams focused on valuation and modeling of US companies using reverse DCF methodology, while also overseeing the automation of valuation processes in collaboration with Data Analytics and technology teams. Bala's extensive experience includes managing large teams, training new analysts, designing training content, and conducting ad-hoc research to support investment decisions. Prior to Transparent Value, Bala worked as a Business Analyst at Evalueserve, conducting financial analyses for major US investment firms. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program in Financial Analytics from XLRI, a Value Investing course from Columbia Business School, and a Management of Business Finance degree from the Indian Institute of Finance, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College.
