Rajiv Taneja has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rajiv started their career as the owner of Microsel Sales Inc., an Information Technology Value Added Reseller (VAR), where they successfully built the company from scratch and developed over 175 customers. Rajiv then worked as a Sales Consultant at Ceridian Canada before joining Livingston Managed Services as an Account Manager, where they consistently exceeded their sales quotas. Rajiv later joined Fluke Corporation as a Territory Sales Manager, achieving outstanding results by exceeding sales targets and growing the client base. Rajiv also worked at Siemon Company as a Regional Sales Manager, where they significantly increased the contractor base and grew end-user sales. Rajiv then joined exactEarth Ltd as a Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully grew international business and conducted a trade mission to India resulting in new business. Rajiv also held the role of Director of Client Engagement at Brisk Synergies and later became the President of Nobul India Software. Most recently, they became the Director of Sales at Brisk Synergies | A Transoft Solutions company. Throughout their career, Rajiv displayed strong leadership skills, business development acumen, and a focus on exceeding targets.
Rajiv Taneja's education history includes a B.E. (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering from B.I.T.S. Pilani. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications over the years. In 1995, they became a Certified Netware Engineer from Novell. In 2002, they completed a Web Design & Development program at Centennial College. Rajiv further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining CPA Levels 1, 2, and 3 from the Canadian Payroll Association in 2005. Lastly, in 2012, they completed the ITS Design Fundamentals Program offered by BICSI.
