Francisco A. Cortes has extensive experience in the information technology and analytics fields. From 2019 to 2020, they served as Product Owner & Analytics in Omnichannel Digital Mobile Applications (Wallet) at Fintech for TransNetwork LLC. In 2020, they were also a Professor of Marketing and Business Intelligence Department at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey, teaching classes with certification in Statistical Thinking, Analysis for Decision Making and Data Mining in the TEC 21 model. From 2019 to 2020, they were also Product Manager & Advanced Analytics Manager for Analytics 4 Retail, creating two artificial intelligence platforms (loyalty and pricing) and programming and developing algorithms for business case execution. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Professor in the area of master's degrees at Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n. From 2017 to 2019, they were Innovation Director at MovIT-SG, consulting AAA clients in Digital Transformation and Advanced Analytics projects in Retail and e-commerce. From 2013 to 2017, they were IT Director at Grupo Avalanz/El Horizonte, responsible for the area of Information Technology and development of systems on the Internet and mobile apps. From 1995 to 2013, they were Commercial and Marketing Systems Manager, Marketing Manager, and IT Manager at CERVECER脥A CUAHT脡MOC-MOCTEZUMA - HEINEKEN M脡XICO, responsible for the development of commercial and marketing systems, planning and execution of the advertising media budget, and administration of the IT area.

Francisco A. Cortes has a diverse educational background. FRANCISCO A. earned a Lic. in Sistemas de Informaci贸n Administrativa from the Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey in 1984-1988. FRANCISCO A. then went on to earn a Maestria en Administracion from the Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n in 1991-1996, with a focus in Finanzas. Finally, they earned a Maestria en Mercadotecnia from EGADE Business School - ITESM in 2005-2010, with a focus in Marketing.
