Mr. Reynaldo Passanezi Filho has a degree in economics from FEA-USP in 1986, is a lawyer from PUC-SP in 1989, with a Master’s Degree in Economics from IE UNICAMP in 1992, and a PhD in Economics from FEA-USP in 1999. He served as CFO and Investor Relations Officer at Companhia de Transmissão Elétrica Paulista (CTEEP) from July 2012 to November 2013 and as the Company’s President from November 2013 to July 2019. He is the CEO of Cemig since January 2020.
