Eva Berkhout is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business support, project management, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Lead Business Support at Translink since January 2017, Eva manages teams in HR, communication, and facilities, focusing on optimizing organizational performance. Prior roles at Translink include Lead Pop Up Scheme Provider for the OV chipkaart, Agile Coach, Product Owner for innovative payment solutions, and Business Architect. Before joining Translink, Eva held various leadership and project management positions at UMC Utrecht, where responsibilities included overseeing data and BI specialists, as well as SAP implementations. Eva's career began at Nuon and included roles as a management trainee and business consultant. Eva holds a master's degree in Physical Geography from Utrecht University and has completed multiple certifications in agile coaching and product ownership.
