Sagar Joshi is a Deep Learning Scientist Intern at Translated, focusing on enhancing the performance of the ModernMT translation engine through experimentation and analysis. Additionally, Sagar serves as a mentor for the AIML course at TalentSprint and previously worked as an NLP Engineer at Zevi, where contributions included low-latency improvements to search functionalities. Sagar also has experience as a Teaching Assistant for multiple courses and served as a Research Assistant, concentrating on generative problems in legal contracts. Earlier in the career, Sagar worked as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, developing a mass notification dispatch system. Sagar holds a Master of Science by Research in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai.
