Tadas Kartanas, Ph.D. has a wealth of experience in the field of science and engineering. Tadas'scareer began in 2014 as an R&D Engineer at ZEISS Microscopy. In 2016, they took on the role of Client Engagement Manager at Cambridge Innovation Consulting Ltd. Tadas then served as a Scientific Consultant at Wren Therapeutics Ltd and a Microfluidics Consultant at Fluidic Analytics in 2017. In 2018, they joined TTP plc as a Consultant for Microfluidics and Lifescience Technology. In 2020, they became a Principal Scientist at LEX Diagnostics, and in 2021, they took on the roles of Senior Scientist and Engineering Lead at Transition Bio, Inc.

Tadas Kartanas, Ph.D. completed their Secondary School Diploma from Panevėžys Juozas Balčikonis gymnasium in 2010. Tadas then went on to pursue their Master of Science (M.Sc.)+ B.A. in Physics from the University of Cambridge from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they earned their Master's Degree (M.Res.) in Nanotechnologies from NanoDTC, University of Cambridge. Finally, in 2018, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biophysics from the University of Cambridge.
