Raidel Estevez is an experienced facilities management and construction professional with a comprehensive background in both home remodeling and industrial operations. Currently, Raidel Estevez serves as Facilities Manager at Transformations Treatment Center since June 2018, after holding positions as Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician. Concurrently, Raidel Estevez manages RC General Home Remodeling, focusing on home renovations. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at JBS USA as a Production Supervisor and Manager of Process Improvement, where skills in process optimization and training were developed. Earlier work includes roles as a Construction Engineer at the Ministry of Construction, supervising projects in touristic construction, and as a Structural Designer at Construction Design Enterprise EPIA #11, focusing on the structural integrity of buildings. Raidel Estevez holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Camaguey, Cuba, and has pursued additional studies in Bulgaria.
