Edith Norvor is an experienced People Operations professional currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at TransferRoom since December 2024. Prior to this role, Edith held various positions at Blexr, progressing from Junior People Operations Partner to People Operations Partner between July 2022 and December 2024. Edith also worked as a People Success Coordinator at Sales Impact Academy from July 2021 to June 2022 and was involved in project management as a UK HR Project Management (IP) Analyst at GSK from June 2019 to July 2020, where responsibilities included implementing policy changes and restructuring onboarding processes. Edith holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Essex, obtained between 2017 and 2021, and completed IGCSE and A-Level studies at St Peter's School York from 2011 to 2017, as well as initial education at Ghana International School from 2005 to 2011.
