Chimirel Mihaela has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Project Manager at Transelectrica since May 2011, focusing on metering systems for the energy market. Prior roles include Head of the Technical Department at SC SMART SA, managing maintenance contracts from November 2001 to May 2011, and Senior Specialist Engineer at Transelectrica S.A. and RENEL/CONEL/Transelectrica, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing telecommunications and IT development projects, managing significant equipment acquisition contracts, and participating in various project phases. Chimirel Mihaela’s career began in the Ministry of Electricity as a National Power Dispatcher and included educational training and qualifications in energy systems. An academic background in electrical engineering was attained at Institutul Politehnic Bucuresti.
