Stefano Marzio is an accomplished legal and business development professional with extensive experience in the fields of infrastructure projects, renewable energy, and corporate law. Currently serving as Business Development Director for Transdev in the AMEA region, Stefano leads strategic development initiatives and long-term planning. Previously, as Head of Legal Group for International Major Projects at Transdev, Stefano managed a legal team across 18 countries, specializing in PPP and M&A, while providing critical support for public contracts and infrastructure projects, particularly in the Middle East. Prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel at SunEdison, where significant contributions were made to groundbreaking renewable energy financing transactions, and associate at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo & Partners, where expertise in M&A and project finance was developed. Educational credentials include an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in International Arbitration from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
