Ron Baas currently serves as Senior Director at Transdev Canada, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ron held the title of Vice President Maintenance Excellence at Pacific Western Transportation Ltd from September 2019 to May 2023, after previously serving in the same capacity at Pacific Western Transportation from September 2012 to May 2023, where Ron also worked as Director of Maintenance. Ron began a significant career in the transportation industry at Southland Transportation Ltd, working from September 1996 to September 2012 as Fleet Manager and Technician.
