Blessilda Marie Wyona Ragaza is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Recruitment Manager and previously as a Recruitment Lead at transcosmos Europe since July 2020. Prior to this role, Blessilda was with Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions for nearly six years, progressing through various positions from Talent Acquisition Assistant to Talent Acquisition Supervisor. Blessilda's initial experience in recruitment began as a Recruitment Intern at Bayview Technologies, Inc. in late 2013. Blessilda holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2014, and is a graduate of Little Shepherd Business and Science High School.
