Clint Holley, PE, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the transportation sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at TransCore since February 2008, Clint has held roles including Senior Vice President, where responsibilities included managing the Northeast Region and overseeing the Congestion Pricing Program, and Vice President as the Southwest Regional Manager. Clint also functioned as a Principal Engineer focusing on tolling systems and intelligent transportation system design and construction. Prior to TransCore, Clint was a Senior Project Engineer at PBS&J from 2002 to 2008, specializing in transportation design for roads and bridges. Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, earned in December 2001.
