Khouloud Kasraoui has work experience starting in December 2020 at Transcom as a Customer Service Representative. khouloud then took on the role of Mentor in October 2022 and is currently working as a Lead quality PayPal. khouloud is also experienced in Paypal customer support.

Khouloud Kasraoui is currently pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Language Interpretation and Translation at Université de La Manouba.
