Dave Wescott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dave is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Evergreen Brands, a company focused on delivering an incredible customer experience and supporting charitable causes. Prior to this, they served as CEO of Transblue Franchise Company and Transblue General Contractors, where they oversaw daily operations and strategic business positions. Dave also served as the CEO of Condo Shield, providing full-service property management services with a strong focus on customer experience. In addition to their business ventures, they founded mBridge.global, a non-profit organization aimed at changing the world. Dave has also held positions as a board member of the Snow & Ice Management Association and Calvary Christian Assembly, where they contributed to the organizations' missions and initiatives. Furthermore, they are an official member of the Puget Sound Business Journal Leadership Trust and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FaciliTech International, specializing in business development and operational planning. Lastly, Dave served as the Treasurer of the New Heart Foundation, where they provided financial reporting and strategic guidance.

Starting in 1998, Dave attended Edmonds College, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2002, they also attended EDC, further expanding their knowledge in the same field.

In 2002 and 2003, Dave pursued a degree in Employment Safety from MCCSH, specializing in Construction Management. Additionally, they completed courses in Transitions, WA Brokerage Management, WA Real Estate Law, and WA Real Estate Practices at Rockwell Institute.

Dave's interest in real estate led him to earn a WA State Real Estate Brokers License from Rockwell Institute in 2006. Dave further enhanced their real estate expertise by obtaining a WA Business Management degree from Rockwell Institute in 2008.
