Adam Farr

Adam is an English trained lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in European corporate and commercial law and transactions with a specialization in the technology and communications industry including all commercial and European regulatory issues.

He concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts (including software and media licensing, advertising sales, procurement of communications capacity and equipment), and dealing on behalf of telecoms operators and media owners with the relevant regulatory authorities and incumbent national networks.

He also coordinates large scale commercial projects for international clients including regularizing business practices and contract forms and negotiating key commercial agreements.

Adam is former European Counsel for CNBC television. He received a Barrister qualification from the Inns of Court School of Law, London, UK (1997) and is a registered European Community Lawyer (Bar of Barcelona, Spain) (2002). He is fluent in French and Spanish.
