Luke Stroh currently serves as the Head of Retirement Operations at Transamerica, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Stroh held various vice president positions at Lincoln Financial Group from October 2017 to July 2024, overseeing Conversions and Strategic Services as well as Client Services & Administration within Retirement Plan Services. Career experience also includes leadership roles at Frontier Communications, Verizon Telecom, Medco, GoDaddy.com, Bank One, and Charles Schwab, with extensive expertise in call center operations and client services. Stroh holds an MBA from West Texas A&M University and bachelor's and associate degrees in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
