Karin Emery, PMP, serves as the Lead Project Manager at Transamerica since 2019, overseeing the implementation of a multi-year, $10M+ Integrated Asset Liability Management and Hedging platform utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Previously, Karin held the role of Program Manager at TEKsystems and spent 14 years at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as Program Manager in the Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management Office, managing a $150M portfolio and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional roles included Manager of Regulatory Mandates Strategy and Manager of the Business Analysis Center of Excellence, where Karin led teams in identifying compliance requirements and optimizing business analysis processes. Karin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.
