Tracy Chappell has over two decades of experience in engineering and operations, currently serving as a Senior Customer Implementations Engineer at Transaction Network Services since November 1999. Tracy has also held roles as Manager of POS Sales Engineering and Network Operations Center Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Tracy served in the United States Army from September 1987 to November 1999, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant and managing communication and cryptographic systems for the NATO Communication and Information Systems Service Agency. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
