Damian Crocetti is an experienced Director and Large Format Retail Specialist with over two decades of expertise in commercial property, currently serving as the Queensland Director at Transact Capital since November 2018. Prior to this role, Damian worked at CBRE Asia Pacific from November 2005 to October 2018, where Damian led the Queensland Large Format Retail division and established the agency as a market leader in the region. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Commercial Leasing Agent at Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith (1999-2005) and in residential sales at Richardson & Wrench (1997-1999). Damian holds a Graduate Diploma in Property Development & Investment from Western Sydney University.
