Shailesh Naik is an experienced Design Engineer currently employed at Trane Technologies since May 2021, with prior experience at WE ENGINEERS STRUCTURAL CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED from November 2015 to April 2021, where Shailesh worked on projects for clients such as Ingersoll Rand. Additionally, Shailesh has experience from June 2014 to December 2014 as a Design Engineer at the same firm. Shailesh Naik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from PA College of Engineering, Mangalore, obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College.
