Melisa Mohn currently serves as Corporate Real Estate Leader at Trane Technologies since March 2020, previously holding the same title at Ingersoll Rand from November 2007 to March 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing global real estate strategy and managing a substantial portfolio of leased properties. Prior to this, Melisa was V.P. of Sales at Ingersoll Rand from 2005 to 2007, focusing on sales revenue growth for Utility Equipment in the U.S. and developing business strategies. Melisa's experience also includes serving as Director of Dealer Development at Thermo King from May 2001 to January 2005, leading initiatives to enhance customer service and business performance, and various management roles at Ford Motor Company from 1989 to 2001, covering market representation and business planning. Melisa holds a degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
