Crystal Hyman is an experienced professional in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Dealer/Contractor Experience Leader and Strategic Dealer Program Leader at Trane Technologies since April 2019. Prior to this role, Crystal held various positions at Trane from July 2013 to April 2019, notably as a Market Leader and Territory Manager, achieving significant growth in territory revenue and being recognized as a Top Ten Territory Manager in 2014 and 2015. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ingersoll Rand as a Sales Service Engineer and as an Inside Sales Leader, where responsibilities encompassed local distribution, forecasting, and sales management for a $50 million sales office. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Northern Iowa.
