Audrey Mills is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in mechanical and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic R&D Partnerships Engineer in Advanced Technologies at Trane Technologies since February 2022, Audrey previously held roles at Ingersoll Rand, including Senior Product Test & Qualification Engineer and Senior Project Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed new product development, life cycle engineering, and project management. Earlier experience includes positions as a Product Test & Qualification Engineer and an Academic Partner at Pine Lake Preparatory, where Audrey taught advanced mathematics and physics while also coaching a robotics team. Audrey's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Davidson College.
