Ikhsan Maulana Muhammad is a Business Consultant at Traktor Nusantara since August 2023, responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing product profitability, and overseeing market share expansion. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Project Assistant and Research Assistant at Universitas Padjadjaran, where Ikhsan focused on the coffee industry and enzyme production research, respectively. Additionally, Ikhsan has experience as a Research Enumerator at the Indonesian Center for Estate Crops Research and Development, collecting data on nutmeg agribusiness, and as a Research Assistant at the Indonesian Spice and Medicinal Crops Research Institute, involved in studying medicinal and herbal plant production processes. Ikhsan holds a Bachelor's degree in Agro-industrial Technology from Universitas Padjadjaran and a High School Diploma in Science from SMA Negeri 2 Bandung.
