Janani Karunanayake possesses extensive experience in manufacturing and accounting, currently serving in the manufacturing division at Trajan Scientific and Medical since January 2015. Prior to this role, Janani held positions at Brown & Company PLC Sri Lanka, starting as an Accountant and progressing to Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included monitoring financial accounts, developing accounting processes, and conducting internal audits. Janani's career began at Hunter & Co. PLC as an Assistant Accountant and included a management trainee position at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC - Pharmaceuticals. Academically, Janani holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colombo, an Associate Membership from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and a B.Sc. in Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Additional qualifications include an Associate Membership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
