Serena Previti is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in digital product development and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Trainline since August 2024, Serena also organizes events for ProductTank London, fostering collaboration among Product Managers. Previous roles include Digital Product Owner at British Airways, where the focus was on enhancing the travel experience through digital solutions, and a decade-long tenure at Nando's UK & IRE in various product management roles, including significant contributions to the consumer app. Serena’s early experience in associate and service management positions, along with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture and Design from London Metropolitan University, has refined skills in stakeholder communication and project management.
