Hannah Tickle currently serves as the Experimentation Team Lead at Trainline, where responsibilities include managing A/B testing processes and providing strategic guidance for the company and the team. Previously, Hannah held the position of Senior Data Scientist at the University of Oxford, focusing on neural and behavioral mechanisms in decision-making, and contributed as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Hannah's experience also encompasses a role as Chief Learning Scientist at Memrise, where A/B testing, statistical rigor, and collaboration with university researchers on human learning were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Teaching Assistantships and course convenorship at UCL, along with a Lab Manager position at UCL. Hannah holds a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from UCL and a BA Hons in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford.
