Susan Sheehan, MA, CPCC is a Relationship Manager at TrainingPros, where Susan works with learning & development departments of large organizations to onboard highly-experienced training professionals. Prior to their current role, Susan served as a Quantum Endeavors Licensed Corporate Coach/CPCC at Quantum Endeavors, Inc., specializing in leadership development, career management, and other areas. Susan has held various leadership positions at companies such as Heartland Payment Systems, Alliance Data Systems, Morgan Stanley/SPS Payment Systems, NCR Corporation, and Bank One. Susan holds a M.A. in Applied Behavioral Science from Wright State University and a B.A. in Psychology and Secondary Education/Physical Education from Briar Cliff University.
