David Tolen is an experienced professional in education and training, currently serving as an EPA Programme Manager at ETA - ETC Awards Ltd since July 2022. With a longstanding career at Training 2000 Ltd beginning in September 2005, David has held several roles including Manager - Education and Skills (Engineering), Lead Instructor Manufacturing, Business Manager Engineering, and Engineering Instructor, where key responsibilities have included the development of high-quality learning programs, quality assurance for engineering learners, and the establishment of strategic partnerships. David’s engineering background spans 25 years, including 18 years in precision toolmaking at Goss Graphic Systems. David holds a Master's Degree in Vocational Education and Training and a BA (Hons) in Education and Training from the University of Huddersfield.
