Sisi Dong Brinn currently serves as the Vice President of Development at TRAILS, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sisi held various positions at Lemonada Media from August 2021 to January 2025, including Business Development Consultant, VP of Sales and Business Development, and Director of Business Development. Before Lemonada Media, Sisi was the Regional Lead of Partnerships at LENA from February 2020 to August 2021, and served as Chief Impact Officer at Metro Caring from May 2018 to February 2020. Sisi's earlier experience includes significant roles at Teach For America from July 2011 to June 2018, including Managing Director of School and Systems Leadership and Director of Alumni Affairs, as well as a Secondary English Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools from August 2008 to July 2011. Sisi Dong Brinn holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College (2004-2008).
