Matt Hood is an accomplished gaming industry professional currently serving as Product Director at Trailmix Games since April 2024. Previously, Matt held the position of Game Lead at Carry1st from August 2022 to April 2024 and was Product Owner/Game Director at Ten Square Games from July 2021 to June 2022, where leadership was provided to the Fishing Clash team. Prior experience includes significant roles at Wooga, where contributions as Senior Product Manager and Senior Producer focused on enhancing the popular game June's Journey, alongside responsibilities in talent acquisition. Additional recruitment experience spans various positions at Riot Games, NaturalMotion, and Project People. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History from Swansea University.
