Olivia Higgins is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Trafigura since March 2012, where previous roles included Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Olivia began career at BP as a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator in early 2012 and has a background in graduate recruitment and marketing from Trafigura, where Olivia worked as Global Graduate Recruitment/Marketing Coordinator in late 2011. Olivia holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Management and Geography from the University of Exeter, along with A Levels in Chemistry, Geography, Economics, and General Studies from St. Swithuns School, Winchester.
