Ilkka Ylimartimo is an experienced Information Technology Architect and Scrum Master currently working at Liikenne- ja viestintävirasto Traficom since September 2012. Responsibilities include leading international agile development teams, managing IT procurement and contracts, and overseeing test automation development. Previous positions include Senior System Analyst at HALTIK, Verification Manager and Team Leader at Nokia, and Test Engineer at Comptel. Ylimartimo holds a Master's Degree in Communications and Transport from Lapland University of Applied Sciences and a B.Sc in Telecommunications from Häme University of Applied Sciences, along with studies in Computer Science at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
